Last night for dinner we went out with some friends to Stir Crazy, http://www.stircrazy.com/, a favorite restaurant of ours. Nathan wanted to go up to the bar where they cook your food. Behind the glass the cooks were rushing, the pans were clattering, billows of steam filled the room as fresh oil was poured into the pans, and flames licked the sides of the pots trying to escape.
Nathan took in the entire scene with wonder before uttering, "Mommy, too hot! They need to blow on it!"
